The Original Southside Market located in downtown Elgin, Texas had been abandoned and had fallen into disrepair. Alongside the new owner of the dual suites, and under the Federal Historic Preservation Tax Incentives Program, we revitalized the space and made it appropriate for it's new lessee, Barrel Creek Provisions. How do you describe your style of design?  I love things that are comfortable but clean feeling. Modern but classic. Having a base of a “traditional design framework” and then using clean, modern elements helps make spaces feel timeless but also current.
